             I recently purchased a 2007 TL Type S from Smithtown Acura. Within the past five months I have had the chance to have the car serviced for miscellaneous repairs. Every time I have had to drop the car off, arrangements have been made so that I can receive an Acura Courtesy Vehicle. Everyone of my repair needs for the car have not only been taken care of, but fixed within a timely manor. The service department happens to be excellent. With the service manager Kenny (whom I have dealt with for every repair) and the service team I feel extremely knowledgeable and made sure that everything was taken care of correctly & timely.

Tim McCrum is the reason we recently purchased a TL from your used car inventory. He was exceptional from the test drive to the pick up of the vehicle.

Recently however, he went beyond service after sale. I was in the Emergency room with my husband. He had a pinched nerve in his spine. At the same time, my son had an accident with the TL. Fortunately no one was injured. Obviously I couldn't leave the hospital. I contacted Tim about what to do with my damaged car. "Would never leave Smithtown Acura"

Owning my first Acura has been a very delightful & exhilarating experience. My TL has been mostly a trouble-free experience, as with all of my other Honda products. The few times I needed repairs or upgrades I have always been treated with care and a personal touch.

Recently I had a minor electrical quirk with my vehicle. The problem was found and resolved in a matter of hours. Having the availability of an Acura loaner car kept my only day off still very productive. I was able to make all of my other appointments.   The car that I drove was the updated model of the car that I own. I was amazed at the many changes and updates of the new TL. After driving the newer TL for a day, I can positively say that there is no way that I could ever leave the Acura service experience & great family of autos.
