"I recently purchased a 2007 TL Type S from Smithtown Acura. Within the past five months, I have had the chance to have the car serviced for miscellaneous repairs. Every time I have had to drop the car off, arrangements have been made so that I can receive an Acura Courtesy Vehicle. Everyone of my repair needs for the car have not only been taken care of, but fixed within a timely manor. The service department happens to be excellent. With the service manager Kenny (whom I have dealt with for every repair) and the service team I feel extremely knowledgeable and made sure that everything was taken care of correctly and timely.
Smithtown Acura is a great dealership with a superb service department. In my opinion the most important part of purchasing not only a new car but more important when purchasing a used car because of higher risked for things to go wrong."

Tim McCrum is the reason we recently purchased a TL from your used car inventory. He was exceptional from the test drive to the pick up of the vehicle.
Recently however, he went beyond service after sale. I was in the Emergency room with my husband. He had a pinched nerve in his spine. At the same time, my son had an accident with the TL. Fortunately no one was injured. Obviously I couldn't leave the hospital. I contacted Tim about what to do with my damaged car. "Owning my first Acura has been a very delightful and exhilarating experience. My TL has been mostly a trouble-free experience, as with all of my other Honda products. The few times I needed repairs or upgrades I have always been treated with care and a personal touch.
Recently I had a minor electrical quirk with my vehicle. The problem was found and resolved in a matter of hours. Having the availability of an Acura loaner car kept my only day off still very productive. I was able to make all of my other appointments. The car that I drove was the updated model of the car that I own. I was amazed at the many changes and updates of the new TL. "Before visiting Acura in Smithtown I had visited quite a few car dealerships, including the Acura dealership in Bayshore on Sunrise Highway which is much closer to my home. "As a mom of 3 little girls, I quickly became nervous when my wipers just stopped working in the middle of my windshield on Friday afternoon. I stopped in to Acura's service department at 4:55pm on Friday evening. The girls could see that I was in panic mode! Needless to say, Alexis, Luanne and Rebecca were all so caring. They made me feel much better right away. They each took the time to help me during this situation. Kyle came in to the service department and quickly came out to assess the problem with my MDX. Not only did he brief me on what he thought it might be but he also retrieved the loaner car for me and helped me put the baby's car seat in the new car along with other items that needed to be transferred from my car to the loaner car. I believe that each one of these staff members went above and beyond to take care of me. I drove into Smithtown Acura panic stricken and left totally calm. I can't thank you and your staff enough. You made my situation with my MDX hassle free. With 3 little ones, it would be really difficult to be without a car. Therefore, a complimentary loaner is key. I appreciate all the help that was given to me.
There is something to be said about excellent customer service....your service department certainly exceeds "excellent customer service" in my book."

I'd like to thank everyone at Smithtown Acura. After purchasing our third car, the experience from Sales to Service has always been nothing short of spectacular. From our salesman, Anthony Verderosa, to the Finance Manager, Karen Zahn, who offered a Tire and Rim protection plan that we gladly took. A few weeks after the purchase of our new 2012 MDX, we got a flat tire. We went to into service and the repair was completely covered. The Tire and Rim Protection has already paid for itself!
